Terranger Support kit T6/T6.1, for stronger gas springs of the electric tailgate

Mounting kit for our stronger gas springs (item no. TA-T6-301-GF), suitable for the electrically powered tailgate of the Volkswagen Transporter (Multivan and California) T6 and T6.1.

One set consists of:

• 2x retaining bracket for tailgate made of stainless steel, blackened Tenifer finish
• 2x split pin bolts
• 2x cotter pins
• 6x blind rivets Ø 6.4
• 2x hexagon socket screw M8
• 2x top paint protection stickers
• 2x countersunk screws
• 2x stainless steel support plate
• 2x SL locking device
• 2x threaded bolts, high-strength steel, black nickel-plated
• 2x paint protection stickers at the bottom

The following must be observed:

Maximum total weight of the rear carrier with body: 75 kg

All small parts required for installation and detailed installation instructions are included in the scope of delivery.

The system only fits the electrically powered tailgate. The modification reduces the maximum possible opening travel of the tailgate by approx. 20 cm.
