Terranger extension kit "modular" for VW T5-T6.1 bike carrier - for upgrading to a universal rear carrier

Conversion kit to extend the VW "Logo" bike carrier to our modular rear carrier system with four vertically arranged universal lashing rails (Airline). The lashing rails are used to attach optionally available fastening modules for spare wheel, canister, shovel, transport boxes and much more. At least one bicycle stand rail must be removed. Depending on the equipment, two or more bicycle stand rails may have to be removed. The bicycle rack is also shown in some of the pictures for clarity. In some pictures, a spare wheel and a canister are also shown. However, only the components for converting the bike rack are included in the scope of delivery. The bike carrier itself is not part of the extension kit.

4 lashing rails, made of aluminum, black powder-coated
2 clamping blocks to replace the original plastic clamping blocks, made of aluminium, black anodized
1 crossbar, made of stainless steel, black powder-coated
8 oval clamps, made of aluminum, black anodized
4 round clamps, made of black anodized aluminium
1 set of screws and standard parts, made of galvanized/stainless steel
Assembly instructions
Opening the tailgate is made more difficult by the additional weight. The optionally available reinforced gas struts ensure that the tailgate remains open despite the additional weight.
