Terranger Reinforced recovery eyes (towing eyes) with shackles - rear

Suitable for VW T5, T6 and T6.1 box vans incl. Caravelle, Multivan and California. Not suitable for use on chassis and flatbed. The rear slope angle is not reduced by the recovery lugs.

Scope of delivery:

• 2x recovery lugs made of high-strength steel, galvanized and black powder-coated surface
• 2x shackles, 5/8", galvanized steel, rated load capacity (WLL): 32.5 kN (approx. 3.3 to)*.
• 4x spacer ring, made of PA6, black
• 6x hexagon head bolt M10 KL 100
• 6x M12 hexagon head screw with toothed washers
• 1x screw lock (liquid)

* The shackles used are manufactured in accordance with the US Federal Specification RR-C-271 and are characterized by 6-fold safety. The minimum breaking strength is therefore at least 6 times higher than the value of the rated load capacity (WLL).

During installation, the plastic cladding of the spare wheel well must be adapted.

For vehicles without a trailer coupling, the TA-T6-609-60 counter plates must also be ordered and installed.
